How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
• Australia: 2–7 business days (depending on your state and metro/regional location)
• New Zealand: 5–10 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods / public holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship exclusively within Australia and New Zealand. Shipping cost and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your locations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• In original packaging (where applicable)
• Swing tag still attached

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 2-4 business days once your return has been delivered for it to be processed. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive an email to let you know. From that point it should take around 2-3 business days before your money returns back to your card/account that you paid with. For Afterpay refunds, Afterpay may just reduce the amount of the payment schedule that is outstanding, or if you have already paid for the garments in full, they will refund the amount within 48 hours.

How do I find the right size?
Each of our products may fit differently, so we provide a dedicated size guide for every item.
When viewing a product on our website, look for the “Size Guide” icon (located to the right of the size icons) on the product page. Click it, and a pop-up will appear with the relevant size chart for that specific style, including measurements and fit tips to help you choose the right size.
If you’re unsure or between sizes, we recommend checking the product-specific guide carefully or contacting our support team for personalized advice.
My size is sold out online. How can I check James Harper stock availability?
All our product stock levels are directly synced with our warehouse, so the availability you see on our website is always up to date.
If a product shows as sold out, it means it is completely sold out and will not be available until we restock (if applicable)
How do I find out what a garment is made from?
For every product, we include detailed fabric information so you know exactly what you’re buying.
On the product page, scroll down to the Details section (found just under the product description). Here you’ll find:
• Fabric composition (e.g., cotton, polyester, wool blends)
• Product finishing (e.g., buttons, hardware)
• Product Code
• Colour
• Care instructions to keep your garment looking its best
Checking the fabric helps you understand the feel, stretch, and suitability of the item. If you’re unsure about a material, our customer care team is happy to advise.

Yes, we offer digital E-Gift Cards, perfect for any occasion.
To purchase, simply type “Gift Card” into the search bar on our website and select your preferred amount.

Do you offer Click & Collect?
At this time, we do not offer Click & Collect.
All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our warehouse and delivered to your nominated address.
I’m missing items from my delivery. What should I do?
