Return Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange your goods, please contact us at within 14 days of purchase.


Items can be returned at the customers cost to the PO Box listed below for exchange or refund, so long as the items have not been washed or worn and all original packaging and swing tickets are intact. This policy is good for 14 (working) days from the date you received your order. Refunds will be credited against the original method of purchase. If stock is no longer available to exchange, a refund will be made crediting your original method of payment.

When returning stock, please email with the details of the return including name, order number, items returned and tracking number. In addition, please send a piece of paper along with the product including the details of the exchange request along with your name, and order number.

Faulty/Damaged Items:

Although unlikely, we are happy to receive faulty merchandise back for either exchange or refund. In the event you receive a faulty garment please call the following customer service number 1300 661 701 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (AEST) or email to receive instructions on returning the stock via Australia Post at our expense.
