Although unlikely, we are happy to receive faulty merchandise back for either exchange or refund. In the event you receive a faulty garment please call the following customer service number 1300 661 701 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (AEST) or email email@example.com to receive an authorisation number and instructions on returning the stock via Australia Post at our expense.

In regard to the return of merchandise that is not faulty. Items can be returned at the customers cost for exchange or refund, so long as the items have not been washed or worn and all original packaging and swing tickets are intact. This policy is good for 14 (working) days from the date you received your order. Refer to the contact phone number or email address for authorization number and details on returning the item. Refunds will be credited against the original method of purchase. If stock is no longer available to exchange a refund will be made crediting your original method of payment.
When returning stock we recommend you use registered mail to enable tracking, in the unlikely event of a delay or loss.
Allow 14 (working) days to receive credit or replacement goods.
