Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Australia Post are experiencing minor shipping delays (5-10 days) within Australia, and major shipping delays of up to 5 weeks on overseas deliveries, due to limited flights. We hope the situation gets better as we move forward.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free local delivery is available for orders over $80 within Australia. For orders under $80, we offer $12.5 flat rate shipping for local deliveries.
We offer international shipping only to New Zealand. All New Zealand orders attracts $20 flat rate shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
